Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if you live in Wyoming, USA. Residents of any other US state or the rest of the
world do not have to pay sales tax. This is a big advantage to buying over the web. Orders
of US$500 or more don't have to pay sales tax OR shipping!
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accepts personal checks, cashiers checks, and
money orders. Orders paid by personal check will usually not be processed until the funds

arrangements are made in advance. We apologize for this
inconvenience, but credit card fraud on overseas orders mandates
that we take these unfortunate measures. If you would like to make

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from
which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of
shipping as well as sales taxes (if applicable) are clearly displayed. All of our shipping
options include insurance on orders equal to or in excess of US$100. See the Shipping policy/Information page for further details.
What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days
of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All
returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and in their original packaging and
condition. After a return has been received, it will take about a week to process. If
using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money
order, a refund check will be mailed to you. For your protection, we highly
suggest using insurance when returning products .
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic
orders only). We will send email to inform you that the item has been
backordered. If you do not want to backorder the item simply let us know via
